Developed and managed monthly product comms for internal teams of sellers, marketers, researchers, engineers, and executives. Identified opportunities to better humanize and translate complex, technical language into a simpler tone. Owned the newsletter process which included: template formation, content collection, formatting/editing, distribution, and measurement of analytics.
